Blue Earth Summit 2023

I confirm that:

1. I grant the Company Ubuntu Studio permission for the Reproduction and Use of the Production Materials.
2. I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed Production Materials or their use(s).
3. Further, I hereby release and discharge Ubuntu Studio and all persons functioning under or with its permission or authority (including, but not limited to, associates, affiliates, officers, agents, advertising agencies, designated directors, employees, and customers) from any claims. This includes claims related to blurring, alteration, distortion, or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in the process of recording, processing, or publishing the Production Materials, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
4. I do not object to the Company storing my contact details on its database in case it needs to contact me.

This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
