OW Logistics instilled an internal environment that placed an unwavering belief and emphasis on the value of customer satisfaction from its creation. It saw how many 3PLs run like factory machines, churning out services without thinking about the end experience.
To help reinforce this culture as part of its day-to-day service, OW Logistics partners with Ubuntu to create a marketing platform from which they could further build the brand and emphasise the message that they are in business for one thing only: to deliver for customers, day-in, day-out.

When Ubuntu first started work with OW Logistics, there were some fundamental shifts that needed to happen to get things up and running. We took the existing brand identity which was already widely in use and developed a more cohesive strategy around its application and use across the business.
Using this as a starting point, we then redeveloped the existing digital infrastructure – rebuilding the website and communications platform from which the company engaged with its customers and prospects.

Building on this more stable framework, Ubuntu then developed a cohesive brand strategy to target new customers as part of the annual selling season each spring.
In 2020, we launched the OW Logistics North American Spring Tour – a 3-month trip around the United States from west to east coast, stopping off at various cities to meet with existing customers and form relationships with new prospective companies.
The results were phenomenal, with over 8,000 miles travelled across 23 states and 50+ cities. The OW Logistics team were able to rekindle old business partnerships and increase in new business by over 250%.

“Partnering with Ubuntu has enabled us to shift the way we engage with our customers – from the annual tour to our day-to-day marketing, Ubuntu help to maintain our 'people first' message at the heart of everything we do.”
